Jackie has enjoyed a successful HR career in global pharmaceuticals, at a major London-based US law firm and most recently as HR Director of Liberty Living, before joining ourHRpeople as Director of Hampshire East. She is a versatile and results driven HR Director with over 20 years of Human Resources Management experience. She holds a Master’s degree (with distinction) in Human Resource Management and is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.
Whilst Jackie has extensive experience across all aspects of HR Management, HR Development and Organisational Development, her specialism and passion lies in driving sustained and effective employee commitment through periods of significant change.
Jackie has significant merger and acquisition experience in a highly commercial environment. A strong and effective leader, she is able to design and align HR strategy to enable Leadership Teams to deliver on the wider business strategy. Jackie is also an established assessor/coach working with other senior HR specialists wishing to gain their professional HR qualifications.
Outside of work, Jackie’s interests include travelling – particularly to the Southern Costa Blanca region of Spain whenever she can get away, and also with her husband and children in their motorhome around the south coast of England. Jackie loves performing and has spent many years taking part in musical theatre – a pastime which she would love to take up again now she has a better work-life balance. Jackie has two cats (Bella and Felix) as well as two teenagers.
