It’s official! OurHRpeople has joined the Quality Franchise Association (QFA). The QFA offers quality accreditation, ethical values and philosophy, support and information for franchisors and franchisees – which we, our franchisees and clients will all benefit from.
The QFA Code of Conduct will act as a strong cornerstone for all of our activities, and that of our franchisees, and importantly, is in line with our own values. Encouraging Franchising For All ( EFFA ) is at the heart of the QFA philosophy, which resonates strongly with ourHRpeople’s open and inclusive ethos.
Each Quality Franchise Association member is individually vetted by a franchising professional and we are pleased to say that ourHRpeople passed the test with flying colours!
