Steve Wright advises both local  and big-name international companies in both operational and strategic HR and leadership development interventions. He is qualified to Master’s level in HR and Law and advises UK companies on reorganisations, TUPE, senior terminations and issues where business risk is a serious factor. He set up his highly profitable company in 2000 and grew it successfully through building long-lasting relationships.
