Can learn what being a successful HR consultant is really like.
Might just change your life…
The CIPD Annual Conference and Exhibition is celebrated for bringing together industry professionals from all over the globe and for shedding light on the upcoming future trends in HR and L&D.
Ahead of November’s CIPD ACE conference, ourHRpeople Managing Director, Stephen Wright FCIPD, has a number of suggestions for topics and sessions to keep an eye out for over the two days of the conference.
He says: “Like many of my fellow HR colleagues, I am looking forward to two days of learning and – at last – the return of in-person networking at CIPD ACE.”
Steve is looking forward to these sessions:
· The talent paradox: why are so many employers struggling to find staff, and what can we do about it? With Wendy Irwin, Head of E&D, Royal College of Nursing and Anthony Cooke, Group Head of HR, Anexo Group India.
· Reinvention of learning: how has the pandemic reshaped organisational learning? With Laura Pettitt, Learning and Leadership Development, the LEGO® Group and Tim Munden, Chief Learning Officer, Unilever.
· The HR influence – having the confidence to step up, innovate and experiment. With Caitlin Moran, Journalist, Author, Broadcaster, with the interview is chaired by David D’Souza, Membership Director, CIPD.
Remember to join ourHRpeople for coffee and cake on stand K6.
As we head towards the end of 2021, it is clear to all of us that the long-term effects of the pandemic will continue to offer a significant challenge for HR specialists and businesses for many years to come. HR consulting has never been in more demand. Now is the time to take on board the lessons learnt and play an active, leading role in shaping the future by creating a more purposeful, inclusive and productive working culture and environment for the companies and clients you work with.
OurHRpeople is proud to be representing HR consulting as a profession and the alternative to a corporate career, with the ability of high earning potential and a better work/life balance. If you’re a senior HR professional who’s been looking for the chance to transition from employed to consulting and transform your future, come chat to our directors and franchisees – they’ll be available to meet with you throughout the conference. Alix and Steve can talk with you about your situation and why they set up ourHRpeople, and franchisees Jackie and Sharon can tell you what being a successful HR consultant is really like.
The ourHRpeople directors and franchisees look forward to meeting you! Email email@example.com to set up a meeting.
