Steve created ourHRpeople to assist Director level HR Specialists to make the transition from employee, to owners of a sustainable and profitable HR consulting business, with Director-level support team behind them.

OurHRpeople works with all Franchise Partners to create the type of business they want to run, with support every step of the way. We tell you how to succeed but don’t restrict what you do, so uniquely, our Franchise Partners can concentrate on what they do best – be it a specific business sector, or a focus on more of an executive development/coaching route, or a more HR generalist offering.

Jackie Woodhouse joined ourHRpeople in 2020, and has billed a minimum of six figures from year one, with her business growing steadily year on year.
