Jackie Hudson, Franchise Parter Hampshire East, joined ourHRpeople in 2020 as our first Franchise Partner – and using our tools, techniques, Resource Library, and ongoing support, together with her drive, persistence, high level of professionalism (and sense of humour), Jackie has successfully built a high-growth and sustainable HR consultancy business. As our first Franchise Partner, we definitely learned as much as Jackie did. After all, Steve and Alix knew how to run successful HR consultancies, having done so for over 20 years, but a being franchisor was something new to them both. So, thank you Jackie, for shaping our business too.
